Who is collecting the information and what type of information is collected?

Acet Photography is the controller of any data that passes through this website. In this capacity, I will not sell or rent your information to any third parties and I will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Information is obtained through my website in three ways: anonymously, directly and by a third-party.

Anonymously : The anonymous information I collect may include your IP address, which device you are using, which country you are located in, which website pages are accessed and how long you may spend looking at different website pages. Your IP address is encoded and not visible to be, you will not be identifiable by this data.

Directly : The direct information I collect is when you make an enquiry, or purchase a photographic service. This data will be your name, address, phone number, email address and details about the photoshoot.

Third Party : If you purchase a photographic product via my print shop or client gallery and use an online payment method, your card information is not held by me but it is collected by a third party payment processor (stripe.com) who specialise in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions.

Any sensitive information such as credit or debit card details is encrypted and protected with 128 Bit encryption on SSL by the third party (stripe.com) responsible to taking payments.

Tracking and ‘Cookies’

We collect Device Information using ‘Cookies’

Once I receive your information, I make my best effort to ensure its security.

When visiting your personal client gallery you may be required to enter your name and email address. This personal data (email address) will be stored within Pixieset’s system, on their servers and will be used to email you only with information relevant to the client gallery you have accessed.

You will receive a password and PIN to access and download your images, it is your responsibility to protect and share this password appropriately.

Only I will have access to your personal data (email address) stored on Pixieset’s system on behalf of Acet Photography. It will not be used for any other marketing purposes and will not be passed onto any third parties. Pixieset’s technical support team will have the means to access your personal data (email address) but will never access or share this data other than by request from me. If you wish to request for your personal data (email address) to be deleted from Pixieset’s servers, please contact me in writing or by email (details see below).

Children

This website is not designed for use by children under age 16, and we do not knowingly solicit personal data from anyone under age 16. If you are under age 16, do not access or use our website or related products or services. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.
